The Solution
We create the XPharma Leadership Development Programme for Clinical Teams in Diabetes. The programme consists of a two-day effective leadership programme with a heavy clinical emphasis, designed to create exceptional, high performance teams. Diabetes teams, through their local XPharma representatives, can access two forms of training:
- An open programme designed for smaller teams
- An in-house programme designed to be run within departments
Each clinical team works closely with their local representative to agree specific objectives that Medicology will deliver on, with XPharma being seen very much in a driving seat position. The programmes are heavily branded XPharma and provide the representatives with unparalleled access to the Diabetes teams in question, strengthened by XPharma highlighting which geographical areas or services to concentrate on. Medicology looks after the full design and implementation of the programme, as well as publicity, using its well-developed, existing communication channels.
