In House Training and Bespoke Programmes
In-house or bespoke training, either as a one-off or a whole programme offers you two key benefits:

We will develop a programme based entirely around the needs of your organisation or specific objectives you have, allowing you to benefit from development where every aspect is designed to improve your performance specifically, meaning:
- context & cases tailored to your own organization, products or market challenges

- greater relevance to your team results in higher acceptance of training
- your team can apply their new skills with greater ease
Reducing your training & development costs
You benefit from a lower cost per head for your training, allowing you to spend your savings in other areas that would benefit your organisation, or simply engage more people in the development process.
A single day of training typically costs just £1,650 + VAT for up to 15 people. A whole developmental programme could be delivered with significant further savings. The cost advantage of this to the organisation cannot be underestimated:
- fees equate to just £110 per person day with no added travel expenses
- utilise your own room and set your own refreshment level
- pay expenses only for our travel & subsistence charges – usually 1 person
Thus, 15 people independently booking onto a two-day sales effectiveness programme would typically cost £9,375 [15 x £550 fees + 15 x £75 average travel] whereas in-house this would be just £3,300 + a single set of expenses & your in-house catering cost. There’s just no comparison. If you’re training any more than 6 people then it works out cheaper to bring us in-house!
What can we do?
Everyone’s requirements are different but typically we can:
- run any of our sales, marketing, research, leadership, management, personal or team development programmes in your department or organisation
- create courses from a single day to a whole departmental/ organisational programme
- combine a learning programme with a new system e.g. introduction of a robust, organisation-wide strategic marketing planning process
- source training in topics not specific to us, to complement our programmes
- develop clinical/ therapy area expertise using a wide range of experts, combined with our own unique experience in the medical mindset
- extend training throughout a whole clinical network or research group
- create combined programmes allowing you to offer places to client or partner organisations
- develop your staff as trainers in particular topics, so that they can migrate the training onwards
- create blended learning using the internet & CD ROM, helping you create cost-effective programmes for the whole department or organisation
- handle all booking & course management for you as if the course was one of our open ones
