The Challenge
XPharma wants to achieve better penetration for its new, fast acting lung compound but is finding that access in this competitive field is becoming more and more difficult, with representatives spending less time in front of the people who count.
The Solution
Using a senior clinician with expertise in the field and knowledge of the lung compound, we produce an online learning module on the use of this compound class, entitled ‘Lung Compounds and innovations in speed of action’ which is then released to our extensive, existing database of respiratory clinicians, as well as marketed through a targeted mailing campaign. Clinicians visit the module online, work through the learning programme and finish off by taking a brief questionnaire to check understanding in order to award CPD. The product in question features in the programme whilst also having links through to online adverts and its XPharma website. All activity is monitored and reported to XPharma so that they can see exactly what kind of traffic is passing through their programme over time.

How do we work?
A typical project might follow the following steps:
- Initial, outline brief received from client
- Solution proposed by Medicology with a full quotation
- Solution revised until acceptance by client and Medicology
- Milestones agreed
- Medicology produces the first element of the learning programme
- Client provides feedback on first stage, in order to better hone our approach to your objectives
- Full development is undertaken
- Client reviews package and pending any amendments approves package
- Packaged released to market at an agreed time, by chosen methodology (-ies)
- Response/ uptake monitored and reported to client
Of course there’s no such thing as a typical project in our eyes. Everything gets our full attention with no set formulas, only objectives that need to be met.
